The core competence of agotrans Logistik is the efficient and timely scheduling of road haulage throughout Europe. We ensure the reliable transport, handling and storage of the goods entrusted to us. We work closely with our customers and take on distribution and procurement logistics tasks as well as supply chain management. LOGISTICS CONCEPT

INTUITIVE & AUTOMATED SHIPMENT REGSITRATION
Consignments can be ordered quickly and easily using our online portal: the shipment is entered directly in our system and can be scheduled immediately. This saves our customers both time and effort. Automated shipment registration via remote data transmission (RDT) is even more convenient.

TRANSPARENT SHIPMENT TRACKING
Our customers can track the status of their general cargo shipments online at any time because we use smart scanners at all logistics interfaces. This keeps goods transport transparent from pickup to delivery and enables our customers to plan all downstream processes efficiently.

EUROPE-WIDE GENERAL CARGO NETWORK

In 1995, we co-founded a Europe-wide cooperation network of medium-sized and owner-managed logistics companies along with three partners. Today, ONLINE Systemlogistik has almost 100 partners and connects more than 40 countries via optimised logistics chains and synchronised processes. By bundling flows of goods, we can offer our customers minimum transit times while maintaining our customary high quality. In this way, we can avoid empty runs and significantly reduce CO2 emissions.

EUROPE-WIDE PARTIAL & COMPLETE LOADS

Regular direct transport throughout Germany and Europe: we have more than 60 national and 50 international partners. Consequently, we can transport partial loads and full loads directly from the sender to the recipient without transshipment and also respond to the specific wishes of our customers. They benefit from short scheduling times, secure loading and guaranteed transit times.

WAREHOUSING & LOGISTICS

Our customers can use our warehouse as a temporary storage facility or as a picking warehouse for short-term or long-term storage. It covers a total area of 13,500 m², of which 4500 m² is used purely as a transshipment warehouse. A block storage warehouse and a modern high-bay warehouse are housed in the remaining area (9000 m²).
The high-bay warehouse uses the first in, first out (FIFO) method for storage and retrieval and goods are entered into this system as soon as they are posted. It can accommodate approx. 8000 pallets. We also have 10,000 m² of outdoor storage at ground level that is fenced or enclosed.

ORDER PICKING

Sorting, labelling, packaging: we assemble goods according to customers' requirements and prepare them for shipment. Because our clients have differing demands, we also provide tailored solutions, of course.

HEAVY CARGO TRANSPORT AND SPECIALIST SERVICES

For over-sized goods and heavy cargo shipments, we rely exclusively on select experienced transport specialists. A service that you can use throughout Europe.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

We help our customers to ship their goods across borders, punctually and smoothly, providing a number of customs clearance services. Our advantage: we are ex‍empt from inspection and therefore subject to simplified customs procedures.

CONTRACT LOGISTICS

We are happy to jointly develop tailored solutions for long-term cooperation based on the division of labour. By using our logistics location, other distribution centres and our transport networks, we can provide fundamental added value thanks to short decision-making processes. We would be delighted to assume lo‍gistical and logistics-related tasks for you along the entire value chain.

THERMAL TRANSPORT

Be it maintaining the cold chain or constant pre-set temperatures for hazardous goods: thermal transport (+20°C to -20°C) allows sensitive freight to safely reach its destination across Europe.

AIR AND SEA FREIGHT

As an all-round logistics service provider, we also offer global transportation:
this is undertaken in collaboration with permanent partners from the air and sea freight sectors.
